It is the collective vision of these three partners
to develop their residential projects in the North
Carolina mountains with the intent to minimize the
impact on the land, while building in harmony with
nature. Materials used in the creation of their
residential projects are centered upon wood, bark
and stone that is indigenous to Western North
Carolina. Further, all builders, contractors and
professionals hired by the partners are local. This
is to assure knowledge of the local and state
requirements as well as to maintain a personal
connection with the surrounding communities. When
you visit their developments you will see the
difference that this vision has made.
